The appeal of the Colours Condo in Calgary is mostly to very young urbanite minimalists who love the industrial look and whose circle of influence mostly work and live nearby.  The Colours condo is another development by Battistella who specializes in affordable accommodation in the City Centre.

The Colours Condo is located at 135 13th Ave SW in historical Victoria Park in the Beltline Community of the City Centre District. sister of, and is located just south of the Chocolate Condo of off 1st Street.

Other projects by Battistella include Orange Lofts,  Pixel  and Chocolate. The Colors Condo was built in 2008 and is 20 stories high and has 209 living units, and another 222 parking stalls.
