
Riverfront Pointe – Building A
Riverfront Pointe was developed by The Carlisle Group (Pointe of View). It is a 20 story high-rise condo building in the East Village right along the Bow River at the bottom of the 4th Avenue Fly-Over coming off Memorial Drive. If you haven’t been to this part of town lately, I’d encourage you to check it out, because it’s now very quiet and there are plenty of improvements destined for the adjacent Bow River Pathway.
There are two towers in the Riverfront Pointe. The South Tower; Building A is the taller of the two, is located at 325 3rd Street SE., Calgary (above) and is the taller of the set, with a sizable lobby. While the elevator only goes up to the 19th floor, there is access to the 20th floor via the two penthouse suites on the West Side. There are 177 living units in Building A, which is registered on Condominium Plan 1012483.

Riverfront Pointe – Building C
Building C is nine stories high and is located on the North side of the complex, by the Bow River; 315 3rd Street SE., which has little more than a hallway for a lobby, however some of the river views it offers are quite spectacular. Parking for both of the condos is via Riverfront Avenue and 3rd Street SE at the Northern most end of MacLeod Trail. Riverfront Point – Building C is registered on Condominium Plan 0915127, along with 74 living units, 315 parking stalls, 45 of which are tandem stalls, and 30 are reserved for visitors of Building A & C.

While the original Riverfront Pointe plan was to create a condominium complex with Buildings, A, B, C, D & E, this was frustrated with near collapse of the American financial system in early 2008 adversely affecting our own real estate market here in Canada. Currently there are no plans to complete Buildings, B, D or E. The adjacent parcel of land on the Northwest corner of the development may at a future date accommodate those structures, or be parceled off for an alternate use.

Heat, Electricity and Water are included in the Riverfront Pointe condo fees
RESTRICTIONS
- No pets over 60 pounds
- There are no trash chutes in either building. Therefore, residents need to dispose of it through the elevator and deposit it into the large receptacles designated for that purpose.
