Morgan House at the Park Condos are located at 35 Richard Court SW in Lincoln Park. It is about as close to Mount Royal College (now better known as Mount Royal University) as one can get without being on top of it, and so has excellent access to transportation and major traffic routes such as Glenmore Trail and Richard Road. It’s also a “stones throw” from Weaselhead Flats and North Glenmore Park.
Morgan was built in 2003 just after Trafalgar House and Laurel House which are situated very near by. There are 478 condominium units in total which are made up of 247 parking stalls and 231 living or other units.
Other notable landmarks in close proximity to Morgan are the Lincoln Park Shopping Centre, and Church of the Nazarine.

Entrance to the heated underground parking lot is by way of your choice of two entries, one on the North side and another South ramp. There is plenty of visitor parking. I counted approximately 25-30 about equally divided on the North and South ramps. Parking stall numbers 244 to 247 were too close to the wash bay however and receive a fair amount of overflow in the process, so you’d have to track that muck into your car unless they fit it. All the other stalls seemed to be okay.
MORGAN RESTRICTIONS
There are no pet or age restrictions at Morgan, however owners will be subject to a memorable fine, should they not pick up after them.
The Morgan is a very nice, building which is currently under good management, and I would be happy to assist buyers who have been prequalified, in purchasing their first, or last home there. My familiarity with the building would also be a benefit to any home owners in the building who wish to sell.
