Many of you will have this code up and running in under a minute but for the rest of us, read on.

In order for you to read the QR Code, you will need to install a QR Code Reader first, onto your Smartphone.   Scanner software for smart phones is After installing a QR Code Reader onto your device, simply point and click.  The code will be translated in the format the designer intended.

The QR code shown above takes you to a handy little  real estate app which will run one time allow your to search by a number of different criteria.  Alternately, for convenience purposes you will probably want to install the link onto your phone as an icon so you can easily access it in future.

When you first access the QR Code, you should  be presented with a screen similar to the one as shown below.  You do not have to add the app to your desktop for it to work but you will probably want to so that you can use it anywhere when you see a home you are interested in.

Once installed you will be able to do a number of handy searches.  Here is a list of the features:

A few words about the community Search.   In addition to being able to search for town and country, cities and towns, and out of province listings, you may also search by zones, as follows:

  • Zone A – Mostly Northwest
  • Zone B – Mostly Northeast
  • Zone C – Mostly Southeast
  • Zone D – Mostly Southwest

If all of this highly technical stuff bores you to death and you just want to buy some real estate, all you need to do is pick up the phone and call me.

Whether you are looking to buy, or sell real estate, I’m sure that you can appreciate that these valuable tools are quickly becoming very popular among young buyers who enjoy having all the necessary information at their fingertips in order to help them make an informed decision.   The days of the real estate listing phone book is over! RIP.

The best time to call is during office hours wherever possible.
