River Grande Estates, located in a very quiet location in Erlton was constructed in the year 2000 and comprises three phases of development. It is currently towards a diverse often times single demographic. On the North, facing the Lindsay Park Arena, is 59 22nd Ave SW and is registered on Condominium Plan 0010532. On the South, there is 60 24th Ave SW registered on Condominium Plan 0012942 and finally on the West there is 2320 Erlton Street SW which is registered on Condominium Plan 9911500. River Grande Estates is directly adjacent to the Talisman Centre, across from the Calgary Stampede Grounds within close proximity to the Elbow River, therefore exercise facilities are not a necessity. It has excellent access to transportation routes, the downtown and C-Train station. There is an abundance of small wildlife such as squirrels and rabbits in one of the oldest areas of the city. Parking in River Grande Estates is Titled. There seems to be ample parking and some of the units have two stalls or tandem stalls.
