The Park Estates Condominium was built in 1980 and registered as a condominium in April of 1982.   It accommodates 61 living units and one commercial unit in it’s Plan which is numbered 8210593. Park Estates is located directly across from Haltain Park & Union Square in Victoria Park. The address for Park Estates is 220 13th Ave SW, Calgary, T2R 1L6.

Park Estates has 9 floors accessible by 2 elevators which is more than adequate.  all of the apartment style units are around the same same size ranging from 75 to 83 square metres.  All have units in Park Estates have generous balconies but no gas connections. Construction is cement with brick exterior. Some of the units have in-suite laundry, while others are able to use the coin operated laundry room on the 2nd Floor.

Park Estates is reminiscent of similar buildings constructed in that period.  Good solid construction. Parking is assigned, with 32 outdoor stalls, 26 of which are covered and the balance not.  The rest are on the 2nd parkade level, underground, and heated.

Park Estates offers a combination Exercise Room & Games Room which does not offer much privacy if you are working out, but does contribute to a good sense of community.  There are also adjacent his-and-hers saunas.

SUMMARY

The Keynote One is another spectacular high-rise condominium in an excellent downtown location.  The more affordable suites are quite small by anyone’s standards however the building is of very high quality and is recognized as one of Calgary’s premier addresses, with tight security, great amenities for daily living such as the Sunterra Market and an abundance of outdoor community spaces.

Chocolate – Downtown Condominium Tower – Victoria Park – 188 15th Ave SW, Calgary
