Tarjan Pointe is located at 1111 6th Ave SW, in the West End of Downtown Calgary. directly across from The Marquis, just East of Discovery Pointe, North of West Pointe Plaza and West of the Axxis. It is a very high density zone very nearby the Bow River and Bike paths, with excellent access to Calgary Transit and the C-Train. It was built in 2005 and is registered on Condominium Plan 0511941. Tarjan Pointe is a project of formidable scale as you can see and has almost an unlimited number of different views and floor plans. Tarjan Pointe was the brain-child of Point of View Developments. It is one of the few buildings in the city which include heat, water and electricity in the condo fees.

There are 285 living units in Tarjan Pointe, on 20 floors and 302 parking stalls, along with a dozen or so commercial spaces on the main floor. Most of the condos on the 3rd floor have very large balconies, and there is an promenade on the second floor. Tarjan Pointe offers minimal concierge services on weekdays from 10 until 6 with the exception of statutory holidays. There are three, 1200 K capacity ThyssenKrupp, double-entry elevators in Tarjan Pointe, whisking the predominantly youthful but upwardly-mobile unit holders to their destination. This location is incredible and close to if not on the LRT free zone. It’s also not too far from SAIT via 10th Street.

There are approximately 302 heated, underground Parking Stalls in Tarjan Pointe, which are separated from the public parking area by way of electronic security gate. Entrance to Tarjan Pointe parking is from the back laneway between 10th and 11th streets. There are 20 underground visitor parking stalls, not including the one underground, handicap visitor parking stall.
