It is one of the magnificent structures which ended off the construction boom of the late 70’s and was completed in 1981. Tilted parking stalls, at least one per unit. Residents are assigned with two street parking permits for visitors. Parking in the drop off zone is limited to 10 minutes and vehicles must be attended at all times. Storage lockers may be constructed in parking stall upon receiving board approval, or if this is not practical, one may be assigned.
