The Waterfront Condo complex lies just South of the Bow River.  It is a mega-project by Anthem Properties which consists of 10 structures.  The Waterfront Condos are popular among young, vibrant urban professionals who are willing to pay, and can well afford a bit of a premium for quality and location.

The WATERFRONT Condominium project is one of Calgary’s newest and most exciting condo projects located at 222 Riverfront Ave. S.W. in Downtown’s Chinatown District.  It is designed by Rafii Architects and Durante Kreuk. Interior finishing selected by Insight Design Group.  The commercial spaces in Waterfront continue to be managed by Anthem for long term viability.It is situated directly east from the  Eau Claire Market, an therefore very close to the Eau Claire YMCA and central business core of downtown Calgary.  It is catty corner from 205 Riverfront Condo.  The Waterfront Condo is  a large complex and so there is usually quite a few listings for sale here. You should therefore take note the page turners at the bottom of the listings shown below.

There are three towers already built as at time of writing for the Waterfront Condo complex.  All  of the towers are connected by the Grand Lobby. The 25 story Tower II(B) is on the Southwest corner of the complex, the 22 story Tower II is just east of that, and the third tower is was completed in 2105 and is on the North Side by the Bow River.  It has 16 floors of living units.

In addition, there is another 18 story high-rise Planned, the Parkside SW, 3 Mid-rises and 3 Low-rises.  The Outlook at Waterfront is already completed and is a 4-story low-rise.

Access to the Waterfront condo underground parking is by way of 2nd Street SW.  Unit holder parking is contained within a 2nd security gate.  There are ample visitor stalls on level P1 and there are four parking levels.  The parking stalls are assigned.
