The WATERFRONT Condominium project is one of Calgary’s newest and most exciting condo projects located at 222 Riverfront Ave. S.W. in Downtown’s Chinatown District.  It is designed by Rafii Architects and Durante Kreuk. Interior finishing selected by Insight Design Group.  The commercial spaces in Waterfront continue to be managed by Anthem for long term viability.It is situated directly east from the  Eau Claire Market, an therefore very close to the Eau Claire YMCA and central business core of downtown Calgary.  It is catty corner from 205 Riverfront Condo.  The Waterfront Condo is  a large complex and so there is usually quite a few listings for sale here.
