Xenex Condo – Beltline

The Xenex condo was built in 2008 and is well constructed. The suites are air conditioned, and have amazing floor to ceiling windows. Most of the condo units in the Xenex are small one or two bedroom units with small closets and bright floor to ceiling windows and are perfect for singles or low maintenance couples.

The Xenex condo, by Bucci Developments is located right in historical and walk-friendly Connaught  just one block East of Safeway on 12th Avenue.  There is a small confectionery across the street.  The address is 788 12th Ave SW, Calgary in the community of Beltine in Calgary City Centre.  The Xenex condo comprises 303 condo units, 154 of which are living units and 153 are underground titled parking stalls. There are eight City Homes on the main floor and all floors have nine units except the first to third which hold eight, and the four penthouses on the 18th floor. There are crossover floors on the 4th, 8th 12th and 16th floors in case of fire.
