The Groves of Varsity Condo Complex is built by The Statesman Group, a well known Calgary based developer with over 40 years of experience.   It was started in 2014 and completed in 2016. It holds special appeal to the mature buyer.  There are no age restrictions.

The Groves of Varsity is well constructed.  Most of the living units are bright and spacious.  A one-bedroom plan starts at 750 Sq. Ft. and the largest 2-bedroom Penthouse unit is  1650 Sq. Ft.  There are no post tension cables in the Groves of Varsity. Most of the unit holders have opted to have additional developed space in lieu of balconies.  The units have independent temperature control utilizing a 4-pipe fan coil air conditioning system.  These are maintained by the condo corporation.

The exercise room & Owner’s lounge are located on the Rooftop level of the Monterey II,  They are accessible via the ground floor or parking level, and from the other towers. These facilities are among the best I’ve seen in the city.  The area is spacious, bright and cool.  For increased safety and to reduce noise levels, Statesman chose the more costly pneumatic weight equipment.  This leaves you free to do your exercise without the need to adjust the weights manually.
