The Groves of Varsity Condo Complex is built by The Statesman Group, a well known Calgary based developer with over 40 years of experience.   It was started in 2014 and completed in 2016. It holds special appeal to the mature buyer.  There are no age restrictions.

Ft.  There are no post tension cables in the Groves of Varsity. Most of the unit holders have opted to have additional developed space in lieu of balconies.  The units have independent temperature control utilizing a 4-pipe fan coil air conditioning system.  These are maintained by the condo corporation.
