The Guardian Towers

The Guardian condo towers are situated in historical Victoria Park next door to, and on property formerly owned by the developers of the Arriva. Located just North of the Calgary Stampede,  The Guardian condo as at time of this writing is officially the tallest residential tower in the city of Calgary.

There are mostly small one bedroom and some two-bedroom units in the Guardian condos ranging in size from 441 to 2619 square feet.  The towers stand 147 metres (482 feet) and 44-stories.  It is situated directly West of the Arriva Condo and very nearby Stampede C-train Station and BMO Centre.
