London at Heritage Station are LEEDS Certified (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) and therefore utilize many energy saving features.
Westcorp began the Construction of the London at Heritage Station began in 2008 with Tower I located at 8710 Horton Road SW (North Tower), followed by Tower II in 2010 which address is 8880 Horton Road SW in the Community of Haysboro in the District of Calgary South. The London at Heritage condominium complex is adjacent to the train tracks and just South of the Heritage LRT station, and West of McLeod Trail in a highly commercial district.
Two more taller towers are in progress, on the North Side and should be completed in 2016. The four towers should house roughly 1200 residents.
