Princeton Condos – Eau Claire

The Princeton Condominium Complex is one of Calgary’s most notable and prestigious executive condominiums in the city.  The complex is nestled up on the banks of the Bow River, in the  community of Eau Claire.  Pretty much all the condos in the two towers sell for well over 1 million dollars, right up to the double digit millions.

The Princeton Condos were constructed between 2000 and 2007 in the Community of Eau Claire nearby the Downtown Commercial Core.  The address of the Princeton condo is certainly prestigious, being either on Eau Claire Avenue SW or on Princeton Way SW, either of which is certain to raise an eyebrow or two.  Most of the condominiums here are one and two bedroom units.  Security at the Princeton Condo is exceptional – the best I have seen anywhere.

The Princeton Condos comprises two concrete High-rise towers and two Low-rise Wood Framed structures.  On the West there is the Princeton Hall, which is 14 stories high and has some of the most awesome city & river views in the city.  It was built in 2001.

Next there is the Princeton Grand which is 19 stories high, which was built in 2000, and it’s river-side little sister low-rise which was later constructed in 2007.

The Princeton Waterfront was built in 2002 and fronts onto the ever popular Bow River Pathway and Prince’s Island Parks.

Finally there is the Princeton CityScapes which was also added in 2002.  It is situated on Eau Claire Avenue and incorporates Lofts, City Homes and apartment style executive condominiums.
