Riverfront Pointe Condo – East Village

Riverfront Pointe  –  Starter condos  in the Community of East Village right along the Bow River at the bottom of the 4th Avenue Fly-Over.    If you haven’t been to this part of town lately, I’d encourage you to check it out.  Located  adjacent to the  Bow River Pathway.

Riverfront Pointe – Building A

Riverfront Pointe was developed by The Carlisle Group (Pointe of View).  There are two towers in the Riverfront Pointe.  The South Tower; Building A is the taller of the two, is located at 325 3rd Street SE., Calgary (above) and is the taller of the set, with a sizable lobby.  While the elevator only goes up to the 19th floor, there is access to the 20th floor via the two penthouse suites on the West Side.  There are 177 living units in the South Tower.

Riverfront Pointe Building C

The North Tower is just nine stories high, being almost right on the water’s edge, by the Bow River.  It is at  315 3rd Street SE.   There is  little more than a hallway for a lobby, however some of the river views it offers are quite spectacular and the conventional layouts refreshing to see and well planned.    Parking for both of the condos is via Riverfront Avenue and 3rd Street SE at the Northern most end of MacLeod Trail.  Riverfront Point – The North Tower has  74 living units.  There are 315 parking stalls, altogether  45 of which are tandem stalls.  30 of these are reserved for visitors of  both Buildings.

RESTRICTIONS

  • No pets over 60 pounds
  • There are no trash chutes in either building.  Therefore, residents need to dispose of it through the elevator and deposit it into the large receptacles designated for that purpose.
