The condos were built in 1977 and house 93 living units in total.  Visitors can park on 50th Street and come up the back way.  Right across the street is Market Mall.   There you can shop until you drop.  There are also numerous travel agencies, dentists and physicians stationed in the professional building.

Each building is designated by A, B or C after the address.

There is also a boatload of bus routs that stop either on 40th Avenue or 49th Street, and the C-Train station is just a few blocks away on Crowchild Trail (Brentwood Station).

The grounds are well kept and there are a couple of courtyards, which could probably be put to better use.  It is such a pretty area but needs something to entice the residents out, like a bench or two.  In any case, it is pretty and quiet and the location is hard to beat.
